2. Inherent Risk & Safety
Knives, axes, and other outdoor tools sold on this website are inherently sharp and dangerous instruments. They must be handled, maintained, and stored with extreme care. Improper use, negligence, or lack of experience can lead to severe injury, permanent disability, or death.

3. Limitation of Liability & Product Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this webshop, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, or financial loss) resulting from the use, misuse, or defect of any product purchased from our store.

Our total liability for any claim, damage, or loss—regardless of the cause of action—shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid by you for the specific product, or the maximum amount covered and paid out by our business liability insurance (AVB), whichever is lower.

4. Product Depiction & Specifications
While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, slight variations in color, dimensions, or materials (such as natural wood handles or hand-finished steel) may occur. Always read and follow the official manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines before using any tool.

5. International Shipping & Local Knife Laws
We ship our products worldwide, but knife laws vary significantly by country, state, and region (including strict regulations in the UK, EU, and US regarding locking mechanisms, opening systems, blade lengths, or carry laws).

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the imported items are completely legal to purchase, import, and possess in their destination country. We are not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or confiscated by customs or local authorities due to a violation of local laws. No refunds will be issued for items confiscated by customs.

6. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal action must be filed in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
